ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 135th Annual General Meeting of the BSE Constitutional Club will be held on Saturday 1st June 2024 at 8:00pm

Any member wishing to have items included on the Agenda should submit these in writing to the Secretary by 14th May 2024.

Paid Up members of at least one years standing may make nominations for the election of President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Committee Members, Accountants and Solicitors.

This notice and nomination schedules are posted on 4th May and will remain so until 14th May 2024

In accordance with rule 53, should there need to be a vote on any of the nominations, alternative voting arrangements will be made for members who are unable to attend the AGM
